What to expect from the Strategic Health & Safety Leadership and Management Level 7 Diploma

To get started you will need to complete our registration form,click here to contact us and receive your registration form.

As a minimum, you will need a copy of your photo ID.

The Qualification can be started on any day and our assessors are able to complete your induction outside of normal working hours. Allowing you a large amount of flexibility.

This can be completed in 8 weeks as long as you are prepared to work with your assessor and gather the correct evidence.

Once completed you will receive your Diploma via email.

    • Once you have completed this Qualification you will be able to apply for CertIOSH status. This is a great way to enhance your career opportunities.

    • The Qualification is completed using our easy online portfolio system and you will need to complete the steps below. There are no exams, at all.

      1. A set of knowledge questions
      2. Gain a witness testimony from your line manager.
      3. Gather evidence of your work, For example, risk assessments, Safety Audits, COSHH Details, CPD records, meeting minutes and other documentation.
      4. Write 2 case studies about your day to day role and experience.
      5. Conduct a professional discussion with your assessor.

Diploma FAQ’s

An NVQ is an internationally recognised work-based qualification. It demonstrates to employees that you are skilled and able to perform well in your role.

NVQs are work and practical based qualifications. You will gather workplace evidence and complete knowledge questions to demonstrate your ability.

 

  • To complete this NVQ you must provide copies of documentation from your workplace. Examples of workplace evidence which you can provide are:

    • Site meetings
    • RAMS
    • Briefings
    • Safety walkaround reports
    • COSHH details
    • Environmental plans
    • Programmes
    • HS&E plans
    • Quality plan
    • Material orders

Plan 1 – Payment in full: If you choose to pay in full, we will discount the overall cost by 10% (This offer cannot be redeemed with any other discounts or offers)

Plan 2 – 50/50 Split: Pay 50% at the start of the NVQ & 50% upon completion of the NVQ or after 6 months, whichever comes first.

Plan 3 – Split Into 3: 33% due at the start of the NVQ, 33% due after 1 month & 33% due upon completion of the NVQ or after 6 months, whichever comes first.

Finance – Monthly Direct Debits: We offer 0% finance available over 10 months. Split the cost of your course over 10 months.Please ask for further information.

          • Our NVQs are Ofqual approved and we use a number of awarding bodies including:
            • Qualifications Scotland Accreditation
            • ProQual
            • NOCN

            Your awarding body will be assigned to you, however, if you prefer a specific awarding body, you can select it.

        – Our NVQs are Ofqual approved and we use a number of awarding bodies including NOCN, Qualifications Scotland Accreditation and ProQual.

        • CITB Funding & Grants – Claim £600 per NVQ Achievement as long as you are a CITB Levy Payer and not behind on your payments. It’s as simple as that.

          ELCAS Funding – Funding for service personnel and service leavers.
          For people with six years of service experience, funding is up to £1,000 per claim instalment. For people with eight years of service experience, funding is up to £2,000 per claim instalment. Click here to find out more.
